If you are issued a PassCash physical or virtual debit card:

• You must report lost, stolen, or compromised cards immediately
  
• Card usage is subject to limits, network rules, issuer policies, and applicable laws

PassCash reserves the right to block, suspend, or cancel cards to prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

9. Refunds

Fees paid for Services, including card issuance, delivery, and processing fees, are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing by PassCash.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
  
• Illegal transactions or prohibited goods or services
  
• Circumventing limits, controls, or security mechanisms
  
• Impersonation, misrepresentation, or false information
  
• System abuse, hacking, scraping, or automated misuse
