1. Purpose

This Fees & Pricing Policy (“Policy”) explains how fees may apply when users access and use PassCash services, including digital wallet services, payment services, card services, transfers, merchant services, and other financial products made available through the PassCash platform.

The purpose of this Policy is to provide transparency regarding how fees are calculated, disclosed, charged, and updated.

By using PassCash services, users acknowledge and agree that applicable fees may apply as described in this Policy and the applicable Fees & Pricing Schedule.


2. Scope

This Policy applies to all PassCash users, customers, merchants, and account holders who access or use PassCash products and services.

PassCash services may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Digital wallet services
  2. Account services
  3. Payment processing services
  4. Peer-to-peer transfers
  5. Virtual and physical card services
  6. Merchant payment solutions
  7. Currency conversion services
  8. Other financial technology services made available through PassCash or its partners

Certain services may be provided through licensed third-party financial institutions, banking partners, payment processors, card issuers, and other regulated service providers.


3. Definitions

For purposes of this Policy:

“PassCash” means PassCash Investing LLC and its affiliated entities providing digital financial technology services.

“User” means any individual or business using PassCash services.

“Fees” means charges associated with accessing or using PassCash services.

“Third-Party Provider” means any external financial institution, payment processor, card issuer, banking partner, technology provider, or service provider supporting PassCash services.

“Fees & Pricing Schedule” means the current published list of applicable service fees available through the PassCash platform.


4. General Pricing Principles

PassCash is committed to providing clear and transparent pricing information.

PassCash will make reasonable efforts to display applicable fees before a transaction is completed or before a user commits to a paid service.

By authorizing a transaction, activating a service, or continuing to use PassCash services, the user acknowledges and agrees to the fees disclosed at the time of the transaction.

Fees may vary depending on factors including:

  1. Service type
  2. Transaction amount
  3. Currency
  4. Payment method
  5. Location
  6. Regulatory requirements
  7. Third-party provider charges
  8. Market conditions


5. Account Fees

PassCash may apply fees related to account services, including but not limited to:

  2. Premium account features
  3. Enhanced account limits
  4. Additional account services

Any applicable account fees will be disclosed through the PassCash Fees & Pricing Schedule or within the applicable service terms.


6. Wallet Fees

Fees may apply when using PassCash wallet services, including:

  1. Wallet transactions
  2. Balance management services
  3. Payment activities
  4. Other wallet-related features

Applicable wallet fees will be displayed before completion of the applicable transaction where required.


7. Card Fees

PassCash may provide access to virtual and physical payment cards through licensed card issuers and payment partners.

Card-related fees may include:

  1. Card issuance fees
  2. Replacement card fees
  3. Card delivery fees
  4. Card usage fees
  5. Transaction processing fees
  6. Other card-related charges

Card services may be subject to additional terms and fees imposed by the applicable card issuer or financial institution.


8. Currency Exchange Fees

Where currency conversion services are available, exchange rates and applicable fees may apply.

Currency conversion rates may be determined by PassCash, third-party providers, financial institutions, payment networks, or market conditions.

Users acknowledge that exchange rates may change due to market fluctuations.


9. Merchant Service Fees

Businesses using PassCash merchant services may be subject to fees related to:

  1. Payment acceptance
  2. Transaction processing
  3. Settlement services
  4. Merchant account features
  5. Other business-related services

Merchant fees will be disclosed through applicable merchant agreements, pricing schedules, or service documentation.


10. Peer-to-Peer Transfer Fees

PassCash may charge fees for peer-to-peer transfers, depending on factors such as:

  1. Transfer method
  2. Transfer amount
  3. Currency
  4. Recipient location
  5. Payment network requirements

Applicable fees will be displayed before the transfer is confirmed.


11. Deposit and Withdrawal Fees

Fees may apply when users deposit funds into or withdraw funds from their PassCash accounts.

Deposit and withdrawal fees may depend on:

  1. Payment method
  2. Banking partner requirements
  3. Payment processor fees
  4. Currency conversion
  5. Transaction network costs

PassCash may not control fees charged by external payment providers or financial institutions.


12. Third-Party Fees

PassCash provides access to certain financial products and services through licensed third-party financial institutions, payment processors, banking partners, card issuers, and other service providers.

Some fees may be charged directly by these providers and are outside the control of PassCash.

Where applicable, third-party fees will be:

  1. Disclosed before completing a transaction where possible; or
  2. Made available through the applicable provider’s terms and conditions.

Users acknowledge that third-party fees may apply when using PassCash services.


13. Taxes

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges that may apply to transactions or services provided through PassCash.

PassCash may collect and remit taxes where required by applicable law.


14. Pricing Changes

PassCash reserves the right to modify fees, introduce new fees, remove existing fees, or adjust pricing structures at any time.

Changes may occur due to:

  1. Business operations
  2. Regulatory requirements
  3. Market conditions
  4. Security requirements
  5. Changes in third-party provider costs
  6. Improvements to PassCash services

Where required by applicable law, PassCash will provide reasonable notice before material pricing changes take effect.


15. Failed or Reversed Transactions

Fees may still apply to transactions that fail, are rejected, reversed, or require additional processing if costs were incurred by PassCash or its third-party providers.

Users may be responsible for costs associated with:

  1. Failed payments
  2. Returned transactions
  3. Chargebacks
  4. Payment reversals
  5. Network processing fees


16. Billing and Payment

Users authorize PassCash to deduct applicable fees from available balances, payment methods, or other approved funding sources associated with their account.

Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds to cover applicable fees.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination of certain services.


17. Refund of Fees

Fees charged for completed transactions or provided services are generally non-refundable unless:

  1. Required by applicable law;
  2. A transaction error occurred due to PassCash;
  3. PassCash determines a refund is appropriate.

Third-party fees may not be refundable where the third-party provider has already processed the applicable service.


18. Limitation of Liability

PassCash is not responsible for fees, charges, losses, or costs imposed by third-party financial institutions, payment processors, card networks, banking partners, or other external providers.

PassCash makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing information but cannot guarantee that third-party fees, exchange rates, or provider charges will remain unchanged.

Users are responsible for reviewing applicable fees before completing transactions.


19. Fees & Pricing Schedule

The current fees applicable to PassCash services are published in the PassCash Fees & Pricing Schedule available on the PassCash website.

The Fees & Pricing Schedule forms part of this Policy and may be updated from time to time.

Users should review the current Fees & Pricing Schedule before using PassCash services.
