When you create an account with PassCash, you agree to:

Proof of address or additional verification documents
Ongoing monitoring of transactions and account activity
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that fail verification, present compliance risk, or violate applicable laws or regulations.
PassCash provides digital financial services that may include, but are not limited to:
Wallet balances and peer-to-peer transfers
Physical and virtual debit cards
Payments, funding, withdrawals, and agent-assisted services
Referral or partner-based services
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation of the Services and may modify or discontinue any Service at any time.
PassCash does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
All Services are provided solely for transactional and payment purposes. Any information provided through the Services or our communications should not be interpreted as professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Services.
Certain Services may be subject to fees, including but not limited to:
Card issuance, delivery, or replacement fees
Transaction, processing, or conversion fees
Subscription or service-related fees
All applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law.
If you are issued a PassCash physical or virtual debit card:
You are responsible for safeguarding your card and PIN
You must report lost, stolen, or compromised cards immediately
Card usage is subject to limits, network rules, issuer policies, and applicable laws
PassCash reserves the right to block, suspend, or cancel cards to prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
Fees paid for Services, including card issuance, delivery, and processing fees, are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing by PassCash.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
Fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
Illegal transactions or prohibited goods or services
Circumventing limits, controls, or security mechanisms
Impersonation, misrepresentation, or false information
System abuse, hacking, scraping, or automated misuse
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and reporting to authorities where required.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account without prior notice if:
You violate these Terms
We suspect fraud, illegal activity, or misuse
Required information is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable
Required by law, regulation, or regulatory authorities
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Upon account closure, any remaining balances may be subject to verification, compliance review, applicable fees, and withdrawal limits before release.
PassCash is not a bank or depository institution.
Customer funds are not held as bank deposits and are maintained through regulated third-party partners where applicable. Funds are not insured by the FDIC or any equivalent insurance scheme unless explicitly stated.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials provided through the Services are the exclusive property of PassCash Investing LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. PassCash does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassCash disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Availability or reliability

Fitness for a particular purpose
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
PassCash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to PassCash in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PassCash, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PassCash regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
